01 / Data first
Even Stage 1 can be log-driven.
If you send us a proper datalog, we work from what the engine is actually doing — load, boost, lambda, ignition, torque intervention and the relevant ECU strategy — rather than treating Stage 1 as a generic file request.
Stage 1 includes at least five revision rounds when required. The objective is a clean result on the vehicle, not simply returning a modified binary.
02 / Complex projects
Stage 2 and Stage 3 stay open until the job is finished.
Hardware combinations do not always behave like a catalogue description. Hybrid turbos, fuel changes, airflow limits, transmission intervention and unusual conversions require iteration.
For Stage 2 and Stage 3 work, revisions continue as the project requires until the calibration job is completed.
03 / Slave partner tools
Your slave tool should not limit your diagnostic visibility.
Dealers working with us on supported slave platforms receive access to our logging workflow at no charge — a service normally valued at approximately €50 per month.
That means you can send useful vehicle data with the file and give the tuner something meaningful to calibrate from, even when the slave ecosystem itself is restrictive.

04 / 50-file partner program
Send real volume. We invest back into your workshop.
A dealer completing 50 files with Eagle Tuning within the year can qualify for our device-support program.
For qualifying partners, we cover the applicable annual slave-device payment under the dealer program. The point is simple: if you build recurring business with us, we help reduce the fixed cost of keeping your tuning hardware active.
05 / Global calibration desk
Real tuners, actually working.
This is not a portal built around anonymous file reselling. Behind the workflow are working calibration specialists across multiple regions and time zones, dealing with real ECU strategies, real datalogs and real vehicle problems every day.
That matters when the easy file is not actually easy — when a torque limiter is hiding somewhere else, a TCU is intervening, a fuel system is near its limit, a turbo does not match the expected airflow model, or the vehicle simply does not respond the way the database says it should.
You keep the customer relationship. We provide the calibration depth behind it.
Dealer benefits, logger access and device-payment support apply to eligible active accounts and supported slave-device programs under current Eagle Tuning dealer terms.
